A product which took 5 Years in development with Dr. Perricone’s intensive research, Cold Plasma was born. Cold Plasma promises to correct the 10 most visible signs of ageing; wrinkles, enlarged pores, dryness, redness, discoloration, uneven skin tone, impurities, loss of firmness, loss of smoothness, and loss of radiance. Now a product that has took 5 WHOLE YEARS to be created sounds very promising, but in most cases like this, do you really receive those promised results?
Now, before I make my end outcome if a product has given me a result stated on the packaging, I like to give the product a proper good, in-depth test. So for the past three weeks I’ve been using Cold Plasma, by applying the product every night on my face and neck area.
If you would see me in public, you would notice the size of my pores; unfortunately it’s hereditary (commonly on the t-zone). Saying that, I’m always and I mean ALWAYS on the look out for a pore-reducing product and unfortunately nothing has worked. Some people disagree that you can’t actually reduce the size of pores, it’s one of those ‘deal with it’ situations I tend to come across quite regularly and to be honest I haven’t actually found a ‘fix’ or ‘long-term’ solution you might call it.
Cold Plasma uses Advanced Neuropeptide Technology; a powerful ingredient which has extraordinary anti-inflammatory benefits. So if you’re someone who suffers from the following skin conditions; acne, redness, rosacea then this would probably do some good for you troubled skin. DHA – an important essential fatty acid, omega-3 to be exact, our bodies actually make a small amount of this but not enough to reach our daily intake. So if your skin is looking a little dry and dehydrated then DHA is the key for hydration! The final ingredient; DMAE – the base-ingredient in all Perricone MD products. This patented ingredient fights against loss of skin elasticity by tightening, toning and firming skins appearance.
Have I noticed an improvement? YES! But not as dramatically as I would have hope for. Out of all the ’10 most visible signs of ageing’ the two I’ve felt that have had the most benefit from using this product is my uneven skin tone and my skins lack of radiance. I was a little disappointed with this product as I hoped for much more beneficial results, but then again it could of been down to being only 22, who knows!
