Rodial Makeup; I’ve always wanted to explore the whole ‘sculpting’ route as its something that has always interested me from the beginning, make up isn’t just targeted for woman and throughout the past couple of years men have started to jump on the make up bandwagon – whenever its just a concealer for that unwanted blemish or a full-blown replenish of make up to create the inner drag queen, make up for men is constantly on a rise and Rodial makeup collection is the one to watch.
Obviously (for us men) you don’t want make up to look noticeable, but rather better looking skin right? The great thing about Rodial’s make up line is that it’s for everyone! Just look at the picture above. Some people like that fresh, natural contoured look whilst others like to wear that full Kim Kardashian sculptured make up look.
Rodial makeup works with you, so for example; for a natural daytime look you might want to apply the instaglam skin tint on the entire face then by using the instaglam Magic pen corrector to disguise and hide dark circles and imperfections followed with hyaluronic cheek sculpt that instantly gives the cheeks a healthy, rosy glow, then finally just one coat of mascara with glamolash mascara in skinny for that natural flutter look. Men could also get away with this look too!
To switch it up for a lavishing, flawless contoured night-time look simply apply the instaglam contouring powder to help create shadow ready for sculpting, followed with the instaglam glow pen that adds an instant radiance golden glow on desired areas (preferably on high cheekbones and brow bone), finally apply the eye sculpt which adds definition and pigment to the eyes.
The Rodial Makeup Instaglam Magic Pen Corrector is probably my favourite piece from the make-up collection purely because it’s creamy consistency easily blends into the skin like a dream leaving that undetectable flawless finish. This one of a kind ‘magic pen’ conceals those unfortunate blemishes whilst blurring away uneven skin tone. I cannot be without this, it’s the perfect travel essential on the go.
Rodial Makeup Instaglam Airbrush Primer is like a hydrating moisturiser, the colourless texture feels light as a feather on the skin while the product cleverly blurs imperfections and open pores leaving a semi matte finish. I sometimes use the alone depending on how my skin looks that day.
With the Rodial Makeup Instaglam Highlighter, I applied the product on the high points of my cheekbones, above my brows and bridge of nose to make the illusion of a slimmer more defined face.
Finally the Rodial Makeup Instaglam Glow adds that perfect golden glow at any time of the day (or night). I applied the applicator on the bridge of my nose and just above the brows for that instant hit of radiance.
