I recently reviewed the excitable Rodial makeup range a few weeks back here and since then, I’ve kinda been hooked on the whole ‘Rodial’ brand. You can read my Rodial Super Acids review below.
Rodial as a brand have done tremendously well as a whole without the use of advertisement, only by word of mouth, since day one.
In 1991, founder Maria Hatzistefanis spotted a gap in the market during her career as a beauty journalist as nothing in the beauty market that offered a custom, long-lasting result. Using the appropriate ingredients in Rodial and NIP+ FAB is important for Maria, that’s why the two brands are so successful at this very moment, Maria believes using only active, hi-tech ingredients that truly make a difference.
With the likes of gorgeous Daisy Lowe being the face of Rodial sculpting + contouring makeup and with sister brand NIP+FAB revealing Kylie Jenner has the brand ambassador, The Hatzistefanis Empire is definitely climbing up the ladder to success (if not already!).
If only 1 acid isn’t enough, Rodial Super Acids range consist of using delightful mixture of synthetic + natural fruit acids whilst being incredibly gentle on the skin:
- Azelaic Acid: an popular acid that packs a punch on acne and blemishes. This unique acid kills the p. bacteria would makes acne growth. Azelaic acid gel/cream is sometimes prescribed to people with Rosacea.
- Glycolic Acid: this powerhouse acid is known as the ‘wrinkle killer’. Glycolic Acid gently exfoliates and improves overall skin appearance and texture whilst reducing those pesky wrinkles. Blemish sufferers will also benefit from using this acid.
