Before attending a big event, a night out or an important meeting, you always want to look your best and usually it starts with achieving a healthy glow (especially on the face). A great way to achieve this is by using a face mask, not just ‘a’ face mask, something special with hydrating and boosting ingredients.

Now this isn’t any old ‘supermarket mask’, new from Crystal Clear, the 10 minute glow claims to give that ‘10 minute glow’ while minimising pores and tackling problem areas. Carica Papaya 4%; the active ingredient which combines fruit extracts and lemon and is the key to that instant glow from this product.

Using a ‘peel off system’, this clear glue-like texture (also smells like glue too!) sticks onto the skin from first contact, after 10 or so minutes you will began to feel the mask starting to peel away from the skin, the rest is up to you to remove but I do have to warn you, it might get messy! I did notice on a few occasions I had to gently rub off the product with a warm muslin cloth as it can be a bugger to remove!! My only worry with this face mask is that in contains a staggering 5 different types of parabens – surely a single product doesn’t need that amount of preservatives to keep fresh!

Overall, an interesting mask with promising results! I would probably re-purchase this in the future, I would recommend using this as a weekly treat. A tube of this size should last you a good 3-4 months.
