The perfect protective base for redness on the skin. Without the use of chemical sunscreen, this calming, soothing primer visibly + instantly corrects any signs of redness while providing a natural sunscreen of SPF 15 using only pure titanium + zinc oxide to protect skin that is intolerant to outside pollutions + aggressions.

The product contains many beneficial antioxidant ingredients for the skin. The key to apply this primer is to always remember to shake the product before use, if you don’t the product will dispense very watery, unusable = wasted product. Another tip to remember about the product that it’s not a moisturiser, remember to fully moisture skin before applying as I have noticed the primer will last that bit longer throughout the day.

On application; the primer has a water-base like feel which is perfect for my troublesome combination skin, my skin on the upper-cheeks tend to be more drier then any other part on my face and when I applied the product for the first time on the dry areas, it really didn’t do it justice and the product was literally falling off in bits, so I’m a little uncertain this product would be suitable for driest of skins.

Luckily, my dermatitis has vastly improved on the face and I have now recently passed on this product to a friend, when I was at constant battles with the itchiness, red skin from the dermatitis this product always managed to de-sensitize my skin. The product didn’t cover up my redness completely (around 30-40%) but it made me more confident to go outside without feeling embarrassed or nervous, thank you Clinique.
